Stepping Up
Stepping Up is an exercise program provided by the library with a focuse on balance, strength-training, and building endurance for older adults.
This program is on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 AM beginning in September and ending the last week of May. Come work out with us as we break a sweat!
